Worknelo uses the information you submit to understand your business needs and respond to your request.

When you click “Let’s figure it out,” we save your problem immediately, even if you leave before completing the next steps. Your business category is saved when you continue. Contact details are saved when you send them. We do not record text you have only typed without submitting.

What we collect

Our form asks for your problem or interest in AI, business category, name, and email. Your current process, business name, and website are optional. We also save any campaign or source tags in the link you used to visit us.

How we use it

We review your request, contact you, and keep internal notes about the conversation. Submitting a request does not commit you to a purchase or a call.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored in a private owner workspace. Our hosting and storage providers process information to operate this website. An email delivery provider may process contact details and message content when email delivery is enabled. We do not sell the information you submit.

Security and cookies

The owner workspace requires sign in. Our service uses a temporary hash derived from your IP address to limit spam submissions. Hosting providers may also process technical request information for security and operation. The public form does not require an account.

Analytics and advertising

We currently use the source and campaign tags saved with requests to understand where inquiries come from. Meta Pixel and Google Analytics are not currently enabled on this site. We will update this notice when that changes.

Your choices

Leave optional fields blank and avoid including passwords, customer records, medical information, or other sensitive information. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your submission, reply to our follow up email or send a privacy request through our form. For a privacy request, enter “Privacy request” as the business category and use the email associated with your original submission.

Retention

Requests remain in our workspace for review and follow up. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. You can request deletion using the contact options above.
